Justin Bieber to Play a Role on The X Factor, The X Factor kicks off Season 2 in just a few weeks, and the Fox competition is still without a host.

But it has hired at least one mentor to assist contestants with their songs and routines - and you may be familiar with his work: ong>Justin Bieber!!!ong>

Sources confirm to TMZ that <a href="">Bieber will bea> one of four celebrity mentors brought in to help the judges with their teams. Look for him to be aligned with L.A. Reid and that panelist's contingent of hopefuls.

Rumors also state that Nick Jonas will work alongside <a href="">Demi Lovatoa> and her group, while it's unknown at the moment who will take sides with Simon Cowell and Britney Spears.

The X Factor, which returns on September 12, won't mark Bieber's only appeared on Fox this fall, either. He has booked a <a href="">cameo on The Simpsonsa>.
