Kristen Stewart to Avoid On the Road Red Carpet, Robert Pattinson will make at least two public appearances next week: he will be a guest on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Monday and then sit down with Good Morning America on Wednesday.

But the question remains: When will we next see Kristen Stewart?

It's unknown right now, as sources confirm the actress will NOT appear on the red carpet for the On the Road premiere in London, set for August 16.

"She’s running scared at the moment," an insider tells Radar Online Rupert Sanders public. "If she appears at the London premiere, it will detract people from the movie itself and Kristen doesn’t want that at all."

Of course, the real focus of fans will be on the MTV Video Music Awards on September 6, as Kristen and Rob are scheduled to present at that ceremony... together!

In the meantime, friends claim Pattinson has been drunk dialing his ex, trying to decide if there's any way he can forgive her.
